CONSULTATION
In our initial meeting we discuss client goals, provide data on current market trends, advise what to expect during the marketing process, and how to have a successful transaction.
COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS
Besides the initial CMA periodic reports will be provided to inform the Seller of current activity, what properties have entered escrow and what transactions have closed escrow.
WHAT’S GOING ON?
We want you to be informed. We make regular contact to advise you of activities in your sale or purchase, and regular appointments are made to review documents and make sure all questions are answered.
PRINT MEDIA
Our company schedules local newspaper and/or magazine advertising for all our listings
SIGNAGE AND FLYERS
We place our company sign and a flyer box on a post in front of our listed properties and keep flyers available for the public to take. Our flyers include photographs, site layout diagrams, room measurements, contact information etc.
INTERNET
Properties placed in our Multiple Listing Service, have the option to provide that information to other internet sites. Buyers searching for properties locally and from other areas can view that information and call the listing agent for additional details or appointments to view.
On our company website potential buyers or sellers can view all our listings or search all properties that meet their criteria through MLS. We can customize our data to provide slideshows or virtual tours on our listings.
OPEN HOUSES
We schedule open houses convenient to our clients. We also schedule Broker open houses to allow other Real Estate agents the opportunity to view the property and provide comments to help in our marketing endeavors.
